Much like many of the trails we ride on, Calgary Bike and Board is a user maintained community. This means we want our users to help out with Board Moderating, submitting articles and stories, and helping new users find their way around the Rockies so they can get to the really good spots!

 

Sign up on our Bulletin Board and post an intro message. See what we have going on that you could help out with.

First thing we need to do is to get a logo, and that's where you the reader come in. We need pictures. They can be one of boarding, skiing, or biking but they do need to have energy and be exciting. I want a few different photos so that we can have a rotating banner image at the top of this page. The best photo will get cut up and a portion will be used for the logo at the top of left of the /Board section.

 

The submission rules are simple:

• Please submit only digital photos which can be posted on our main page;
• Do not submit any photos containing nudity;
• Photos must be of a person or a group of people snowboarding, skiing, mountain biking, or road biking and it should include some action;
• You must have the rights to release the image to us, do not use other peoples images without permission;
• We would prefer no visible logos or trade marks;
• Please submit images to jbourne@calgarybikeandboard.com;
• If it is a large image, please resize it to a maximum of 2M bytes. This will ensure delivery.
